Khan Rasheal Matoh<\/a> who is in charge of Quality and Audits in ICAD Enterprise and at thesame time the CEO of Lady Rash MakeOver<\/a>, is a proud product of the ICAD Incubation Center. She grew from strength to strength to reach the pinnacle of African Leadership at her young age. Khan is an example of ‘woman power’ vis-a-vis her tenacity against all odds. She was selected aong the 97 participants out of over 11 000 applicants from West Africa, Including Cameroon, to join 08 other Cameroonians for the YALI training<\/a> in the Ghana Institute of Management and Public Administration<\/a>. With this achievement, Khan increases the number of mentees from the ICAD Incubation Center selected into top notch training and fellowship to 12. It should be noted that two (02) other ICAD member – Mbuih Zukane and Tangang Andrew<\/a> are both YALI-RLC Center Accra, Ghana alumni. You should probably be wondering why Khan was selected… Besides obtaining an HND in Insurance, Quality and Risk Management, she is currently doing a Masters in Economics in the University of Bamenda. Khan is a professional makeup artist with a unique style. She uses organic products for her makeup, she also owns a mobile makeup unit as well as beauty and makeup slots in renown TV and Radio stations in Bamenda.
